Reminder on Duty of the Operator of an Amusement Ride to Submit Any Safety Bulletin

This Circular is to notify all operators to submit a copy of the safety bulletin to the Commissioner within 7 days after receiving the bulletin from the designer or manufacturer of the amusement ride and the Commissioner should be informed before implementing any measure specified in the safety bulletin.
