PRICE CONTROL AND ANTI-PROFITEERING (DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICE FOR PETROL AND DIESEL) (NO. 14) ORDER 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Controller, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering (Determination of Maximum Retail Price for Petrol and Diesel) (No. 14) Order 2017.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 29 June 2017.

Maximum retail price for petrol and diesel

2. The maximum retail price for petrol and diesel shall be as specified in the Schedule.

Revocation

3. The Price Control and Anti-Profiteering (Determination of Maximum Retail Price for Petrol and Diesel) (No. 13) Order 2017 [P. U. (A) 187/2017] published in the Gazette on 21 June 2017 is revoked.
