Implementation of E-Application to enter Restricted Areas Surroundings

This Circular by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is to notify that all vessels are prohibited from entering the restricted areas except with the prior approval of the Port Master. An electronic-applications system is introduced for entry to the Restricted Areas and hard copy of an application will only be accepted only when the MARINET system is down. All applications should be submitted at least 2 hours before the vessel departs from the pier with effect from 2 July 2018. Port Marine Circular No. 06 of 2018
