There are currently 1317 judges and judiciary officers and over 5000 judiciary staff in 441 courts across the nation, the report stated.
With that manpower, nearly 390,000 cases were completed last year.
Despite the recruitment of 80 deputy township judges, over 600 judge positions are still vacant in different courts in the country.
Over 3000 complaint letters on the judges were received, and out of that, nearly 2000 were dealt with.
In addition, a total of 167 judicial staff were disciplined last year, with 109 members being officers.
The report also said the National Case Management Programme was applied in 26 courts to ensure that cases could be tried quickly and efficiently.
