'Taxi Stands for Taxis Only' Rule will be reviewed regularly

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has clarified that public taxi facilities, which include taxi stands, are provided primarily for passengers to street-hail in a safe and orderly manner. LTA was responding to a letter from the National Private Hire Vehicles Association on opening up taxi stands to private hire cars.

Singapore to impose Reciprocal Road Charge on Foreign-Registered Vehicles from February 15, 2017
